Join me for Deep Healing Rest.

Join me in transitioning into this new calendar year with gentleness and ease. This restorative gathering will support you to deeply rest the body, mind and heart, inviting you to slow down and simply be with how you are in the moment. It is the perfect antidote to the overwhelm and/ or fatigue you may be feeling after all the festive activities.

Through Yoga Nidra, Sacred Sound, spoken word, poetry and mantra, you will be guided from a place of constant doing to simply being.

Your senses will be soothed as you receive the healing sounds of a variety of sacred instruments including Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowl, Gong, Drum, Rainstick, Koshi Chimes and Sansula followed by a beautifully nourishing Yoga Nidra - a guided rest meditation that will ease away all the remaining stress held within the body.

By slowing down & resting deeply, the session will help you to:
- Calm the nervous system, body & mind
- Return to a place of balance
- Feel restored & rejuvenated
- Release all that is ready to be released and create space for wonderful new opportunities for the year ahead
